Crafting Connections: An exclusive interview with Raima Singh of Oak & Ivy Creative, an integrated marketing agency In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, brands face the challenge of standing out in a crowded marketplace while staying true to their identity.

As the demand for innovative marketing solutions grows, agencies that offer a perfect blend of creativity and strategy have become crucial. Digital marketing, branding, and PR are not just about visibility; they are about building long-lasting connections with audiences and driving sustainable growth.

At the forefront of this transformation is Raima Singh, founder, and CEO of Oak & Ivy Creative, a leading agency specializing in PR, branding, social media management, web development, and performance marketing.

Under Raima’s leadership, Oak & Ivy has become known for delivering results that balance both the strength and growth clients need to succeed. In this interview, Raima shares her journey as a business owner in the ever-evolving marketing landscape, the values driving Oak & Ivy, and the importance of fostering a positive work environment for her team.

How did the idea for Oak & Ivy Creative come about, and what inspired you to start your own agency?

The idea for Oak & Ivy Creative came from my passion for combining creativity with strategic business solutions. I wanted to create an agency that didn’t just offer services but really helped brands grow and communicate effectively in a digital world.

Oak represents strength, and Ivy stands for growth—two things we aim to provide for all of our clients. After working in the industry for a few years, I saw an opportunity to build something where brands could stand strong and grow steadily, which inspired me to start Oak & Ivy.

What were some of the challenges you faced in the early days of Oak & Ivy?

One of the biggest challenges was establishing trust as a new agency. Clients tend to gravitate towards big names, but I stayed focused on building strong relationships and delivering results. Another challenge was managing everything—being creative and a business owner at the same time. But I’ve always believed in resilience and finding creative solutions to every obstacle, which is how we’ve managed to grow.

Oak & Ivy Creative offers a wide range of services. Raima Singh: At Oak & Ivy, we believe in holistic brand building. Our services range from PR, web development, branding, and social media management to performance marketing. What sets us apart is that we don’t just execute projects—we partner with our clients, providing them with tailored strategies that help their brands grow sustainably.

We’ve been fortunate to work with a variety of clients, from startups to established businesses. Each partnership is unique because every brand has its own story, and we get to help them tell it in a way that resonates with their audience.

I’m particularly excited about working with brands that are purpose-driven, and those that align with our values of growth, innovation, and resilience. Whether it’s building their digital presence or amplifying their voice through PR, we focus on helping brands evolve in the ever-changing digital landscape.

Employee satisfaction seems to be a key focus at Oak & Ivy. How do you ensure your team remains motivated and happy? Raima Singh: Employee satisfaction is crucial to me. I believe a happy and motivated team leads to better results for our clients.

Where do you see Oak & Ivy Creative in the next few years?

I see Oak & Ivy growing into a leading creative agency that continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible in digital marketing and branding. We want to keep evolving, staying ahead of industry trends, and helping brands connect with their audiences in meaningful ways.

Most importantly, I want Oak & Ivy to continue being a place where both creativity and employee satisfaction are at the core of what we do. Trust your instincts and stay true to your vision.
