Her focus on Ayurvedic and Naturopathy-based cooking, along with an emphasis on gluten-free, vegan, and plant-based healthy foods, sets her apart in the culinary landscape.

A notable highlight was the participation of 15 talented home chefs, including Nehal Nayak, who presented an array of 10 dishes. Chef Nehal Nayak’s culinary journey has been an inspiring adventure filled with passion, perseverance, and dedication.
