JR: Over the 3 decades since its inception, Natural Remedies have launched award-winning products, emphasizes sustainability, and has a unique mission statement.
KNR: Natural Remedies, since 1998, is in the manufacturing, marketing, and distribution of natural animal health care solutions in India and overseas. With more than 25 mainstream products for animal and human healthcare, Natural Remedies is one of the top five herbal healthcare companies in India and the No. 1 veterinary herbal healthcare brand.
Also, with a strong overseas presence in 30-plus countries, offering a best-in-class natural solution with a world-class R&D center, the company emphasizes having and creating world-class scientific and innovative products. KNR: Over the past three decades, I have worked with managers across various departments at NRPL. For instance, after being appointed as the CEO, I embarked on a “Let us Listen” program by asking every employee to personally mail me positive ideas on how best we could improve the organization internally.
Thankfully, the demand for organic and sustainable products is gaining acceptance, be it in India or overseas. Organizations, including large farmers (with extensive holdings) and individual consumers, demand chemical-free, residue-free, and antibiotic-free products that Natural Remedies offers.
