Yogita's passion in the field of talent management was born from an evergreen passion to make a difference. Even during his student life, he received many outstanding honors to his name. After completing his engineering studies at the Delhi Institute of Technology and obtaining an MBA from the prestigious Indian School of Business Hyderabad, Yogita made a foray into his professional research.

Over the years, he has gained significant experience in business development and consulting in various verticals, including financial services, telecommunications, retail, information technology and learning sectors such as than Gen pact Headstrong and HP, in UK, USA, Europe and APAC. He also claims that he started his journey in this industry because of the shortcomings and problems he observed. Over time, he realized that technology is reshaping the economy, as major players in every industry rely heavily on technology not only for automation, but also to introduce efficient processes and create innovations.

There was a big difference in the technological skills market. He explained to us that it is relatively low acceptance of women's entrepreneurs in this business world that rises as an obstacle for them.
