Dinesh Some - I am a young entrepreneur of 22 years old, co-founder and director of RPM GROUP INDIA, a group of companies which owns 4 initiatives RPM ADVERTISE, Thevirginblogs, RPM Blogs, RPM Grba Dress.

Poorest part of society where people struggled every day to make ends meet. But my parents never made me feel left out, they worked hard to provide me with a good education and everything I always needed. But in 2007, I witnessed the difficulties of my family when my father had to sell his house under construction due to lack of funds. No one helped them in such difficult times, and they were on their own. It made me realize the importance of money and having emergency funds for unforeseen incidents like these. I could echo that in my life. It was only 17 when I started my first online business.

Just to earn some extra money to fulfill my wish. As a child, I never thought of becoming an entrepreneur. When I started my business, I knew nothing about the business of what to do and how to do it, but the constant learning and working with the brand and the professionals m help grow and grow my business. I have 4 vertical cases under the RPM group, which are, RPM announces, garba RPM clothes, rpm blogs and blogs and blogs. RPM advertising was its first adventure, which is intended for advertising for when my friends were busy partying and spending money on their dad. I started earning some extra cash and making it a full-time thigh-only career, I knew that from the start.

When you finish high school and enrol in a college for further studies, a new chapter in your life begins. You meet so many new people from so many different backgrounds. The whole trip is an icebreaker. You must discuss how each other makes money from their unique perspective. New thighs happen around the world"

Business is that it does not need to be busy because I have to work side by side to continue my studies. I had no financial backing, knowledge and mentorship, but I knew if I worked hard I could make it, it was very hard to sacrifice all the comforts of the fun life and work on some thighs that you or a member of your family have already known. What are your accomplishments in your field or business? Today, we have 4 companies, 11 core team members and 50 associates, and 1500 campaign in two states working for clients in 10 countries. Besides me, my story has been covered on various platforms such as: Economic Times, Times of India, Medium, Vocal Local, Opera News, Distrupt etc. Invited as a senior lecturer at the Northeast Russian Federal University.

The hardest and most challenging time of your trip. In 2017, I experienced the worst phase of my professional life. My teammates suddenly abandoned me or started their own business. For this reason, I lost a lot of customers and let you disappear without money to pay offices.
